Abbreviated Hours (4PM-8PM) 05/28-05/31

The Aquatic Center will be operating on abbreviated hours (4PM-8PM) Tues 05/28 - Fri 05/31 because of a lack of staff availability due to District 127 High Schools being in session for finals. Normal operating hours will resume Saturday June 1.

The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO) is hosting a household chemical waste collection event on Saturday, June 15 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Lake Zurich High School parking lot, 300 Church Street.

Annual Downtown Intersection Maintenance

The Village of Grayslake will be beginning the annual downtown intersection maintenance program on Friday, May 10th. Construction will begin at the intersections of Hawley & Whitney, as well as Hawley and Slusser.

Construction on Hawley Street will be completed on May 15th, weather permitting.  Construction on Center street will follow with the project being completed by May 31st, weather permitting.

New SMART 9-1-1 Services are now available to Grayslake residents. Smart 9-1-1 is a free service that allows individuals and families to sign up online and create a profile that provides key information to 9-1-1 call takers during an emergency.

Information like home and work addresses, vehicle details, medical conditions and emergency contacts can be provided in a safety profile.
