Part-Time Snow Plow Operators Needed

The Public Works Department is seeking part-time snow plow operators for this winter season. This position is on-call and has an hourly wage of $30. CDL and snow plow experience is preferred.

The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO) is hosting a household chemical waste collection event on Saturday, November 2 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Mundelein Metra Train Station, 205 N. Archer Avenue.

Garbage and Recycle Can Placement Reminder

Residents are reminded to place their garbage and recycle cans and yard waste out for pick-up no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the night before their regular pick-up day.

After refuse is picked up, garbage and recycle cans must be placed either on the side of the house or inside the garage per Village ordinance.
