New SMART 9-1-1 Services are now available to Grayslake residents. Smart 9-1-1 is a free service that allows individuals and families to sign up online and create a profile that provides key information to 9-1-1 call takers during an emergency.

Information like home and work addresses, vehicle details, medical conditions and emergency contacts can be provided in a safety profile.
