1. Do I need to be a resident of Grayslake to become an Aquatic Center Member?

No, Aquatic Center Memberships are available to everyone no matter where you live!

2. Can I bring outside food into the Aquatic Center?

Yes, outside food is allowed in the Aquatic Center; however, food is only permitted in designated turf and concession table areas. No food or drink is allowed on the pool deck. Glass containers and aluminum cans are prohibited. Alcohol is prohibited on Aquatic Center grounds. Coolers are permitted to be brought in to the Aquatic Center provided they are no larger than one cubic foot. Aquatic Center Management and Staff reserve the right to inspect all coolers upon entry to the Aquatic Center and remove any glass containers, aluminum cans and/or alcohol. Outside food may not be ordered from and/or delivered to the pool.

3. If I'm not going to be swimming, do I still need to pay to enter the Aquatic Center?

Yes. All patrons entering the Aquatic Center must either purchase an admission ticket or hold a valid Aquatic Center Membership.

4. How old do you have to be to come to the facility by yourself?

Children ten (10) years of age and under must be accompanied by a responsible individual sixteen (16) years of age or older.

5. How do I obtain my Aquatic Center Membership cards after I purchase them?

Aquatic Center Membership Cards will be available for pick-up at the Aquatic Center beginning with the Preview Party. Following the Preview Party, Aquatic Center Membership Cards may be picked-up during normal operating hours by visiting the Member Services desk at the front entrance of the facility.

6. If the Aquatic Center closes due to inclement weather, will I get my money back?

In the event the Aquatic Center is closed due to inclement weather or lack of attendance, rain checks will be issued to patrons presenting a daily admission ticket printed within two (2) hours of the closure. Sorry, no refunds.

7. When is the Splash Park open?

The Splash Park is owned and operated by the Grayslake Park District and is not a part of the Grayslake Aquatic Center. For more information on the Splash Park, please contact the Park District by calling 847-223-PLAY.

8. How tall do you need to be to ride the water slides?

For everyone's safety, you must be at least 48" tall to ride the water slides.

9. Can I use my spouse's Aquatic Center Membership?

No, unfortunately Aquatic Center Memberships can only be used by the individual to whom the card was issued. All patrons entering the Aquatic Center must hold a current Aquatic Center Membership or purchase a Daily Admission.

10. Do I pay more for my Aquatic Center Membership if I am not a Grayslake resident?

The Grayslake Aquatic Center does not distinguish between Grayslake and non-Grayslake residents, which means that all customers pay the same low rates no matter where you live!

11. Can I purchase Aquatic Center Memberships for grandparents or nannies if they do not live in my household?

Aquatic Center Memberships are designed to be customizable to meet your family needs. When registering for Aquatic Center Memberships you can add any individuals to your household, whether it's a nanny, grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc.
