Directory
A new online service directory was created for those looking for ways to recycle and redirect a number of items. The Directory is available on the SWALCO website at Where Should My Stuff Go? and has listings for a number of items and where you might recycle or redirect them. Categories / items include everything from batteries, styrofoam, wheelchairs and crayons to furniture, bicycles, greeting cards, wine corks and confidential documents.
This directory also includes a number of local references including scrap yards and recycling centers, other organizations in the community who accept donations of items, and helpful links.
