AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PURCHASING 2024 PASSES
Hello Aquatic Center Members and Patrons!
We cannot believe this pool season has already come to an end! Beginning in September, we know many of you choose to purchase passes well before the next season begins and we appreciate you being proactive each year.
This year, we will be implementing a new software system in order to better serve the community. We will no longer be using RecTrac, so please do not attempt to purchase your 2024 pass through the old system. Once the pool closes for the season, beginning on September 5th, we will begin to migrate to the new system. There is some behind the scenes work that we need to complete and we will get the new system up and running as soon as possible for your convenience. We are anticipating the work to take a few weeks but do not have an exact completion date. We will send out a notification when the new system is ready for customer use and when you can begin purchasing your 2024 passes online.
In the meantime, if you wish to purchase a 2024 pass, please email us or call us and we will take your information down. When the new system is ready, we will reach back out to you to finalize your pass and payment for the 2024 season.
